The process is pretty simple; once you download the Ricoh Connect Printer Setup Utility on your PC from the main support website, the printer will be able to communicate with the computer. It then shares a similar Wi-Fi network together. For manual connection, click the Home button, press Setup, click Network Settings, and then choose the Wi-Fi Setup option on your printer’s control panel.
