What is the procedure of requesting a refund after cancelling a Lufthansa flight? All the Lufthansa cancelled flights are refundable if they are cancelled within 24 hours of purchase ignoring the ticket type and whether it was refundable or not. To request a Lufthansa refund, you have to fill out a form after cancellation. When no portion of your ticket has been used, you can get a refund which includes the tax amount.
